Can you recover my data if I lose my encryption key?

Unfortunately, no. Our zero-knowledge architecture means we cannot decrypt or access your financial data. This protects your privacy, but it also means you're responsible for maintaining your encryption key and backups. We recommend regularly exporting your data as a backup.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from your account settings, or email us at [email protected]. You'll retain access until the end of your current billing period, and you can export your data before canceling.

Do you offer refunds?

Generally, we don't provide refunds for partial months. However, if you cancel within 7 days of your initial subscription and haven't extensively used the service, we may provide a full refund at our discretion. Contact us to request this.
